Rural summer camp ‘Akkareya Angala’ launched for children in Mandya district of Karnataka

A rural summer camp titled Akkareya Angala is being organised in Karnataka's Mandya district. The programme is a joint initiative of the Mandya zilla panchayat, taluk panchayats, and the Department of School Education through 'Arivu' centres across all gram panchayats in the district. The camp is open to children aged between 8 and 13 years and will engage them in constructive and creative activities during the vacation period.
