Russia claims Ukraine-linked bomb plot foiled, German woman arrested

Russian authorities have thwarted a Ukraine-linked bomb plot against security services and arrested a German woman found with a makeshift bomb in her backpack. The woman was detained in the southern city of Pyatigorsk and was accused of taking part in a plot hatched by Ukraine. A man from a Central Asian country, allegedly working on orders from Ukraine, was also arrested near the targeted site
