Russian teenager Mirra Andreeva wins French Open to claim first Grand Slam

Russian teenager Mirra Andreeva won the women's singles title at the French Open, defeating 114th-ranked Polish qualifier Maja Chwalinska 6-3, 6-2. Andreeva became the youngest player to win the title since Monica Seles, who was 18 when she won her third straight French Open in 1992. Andreeva thanked herself for believing in herself and giving her best effort during the trophy presentation.
