Salaam-e-Ishq 2 in the works, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy to reunite: Report

Filmmaker Nikkhil Advani is developing a sequel to his 2007 romantic anthology film. The upcoming sequel will focus on contemporary relationships and the challenges faced by modern couples in India, exploring themes such as commitment issues, societal expectations, and personal conflicts. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, who composed the original soundtrack, are set to reunite for the sequel. The film is currently in the writing stage with production expected to begin early next year.
