SCOOP: Ranveer Singh buys the rights for The Immortal of Meluha trilogy for Rs. 40 crores from Amish Tripathi

Ranveer Singh has acquired the rights for The Immortals of Meluha trilogy from Amish Tripathi for a reported sum. The actor had previously been attached to the project under Sanjay Leela Bhansali but has now taken the reins under his own banner, Maa Kasam Films. The film will be produced by Ranveer Singh in collaboration with Birla Studios, with all updates expected once the script is locked.
