Star Health data leak case: Madras High Court dismisses appeals by cybersecurity services provider

The Madras High Court dismissed six writ appeals filed by a Punjab-based cyber security expert who accessed sensitive personal data of Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited's customers. The court ruled that the expert, facing civil and criminal cases for unauthorized access, could not seek direction against the insurance company.
