State indicts man for attacking nun in Jerusalem’s Old City

A nun was assaulted in an alley near King David's Tomb in Jerusalem. Israel Police officers arrested Yonah Shreiber shortly afterward. Shreiber was indicted for assault causing actual bodily harm, motivated by hostility toward a public because of religion, as well as common assault. The indictment states that Shreiber attacked the nun after seeing her visibly dressed in clothing reflecting her faith. The nun suffered facial bruising and bruises to her legs.
