Supreme Court agrees to hear plea challenging validity of National Investigation Agency Act, 2008

The Supreme Court has sought responses from the Centre and others on a plea challenging the validity of the National Investigation Agency Act. A Bench of Justices has issued notice to the Centre, the National Investigation Agency, and others, seeking their responses to the plea.
