Supreme Court takes cognisance of Twisha Sharma death case, CJI to hear matter tomorrow

The Supreme Court has taken cognisance of the Twisha Sharma death case and will hear the matter on May 25. A bench led by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant will hear the case, which concerns allegations of institutional bias, procedural irregularities and possible lapses in the investigation into Sharma's unnatural death at her matrimonial home in Madhya Pradesh. The case has been registered based on media reports and other attending circumstances.
