Tamil Nadu election 2026: Poll bugle to fall silent across State on April 21

Campaigning by political parties and their candidates in Tamil Nadu for the Assembly election will end at 6 p.m. on Tuesday. Polling in all constituencies will start at 7 a.m. on April 23. Non-voters, including political functionaries and party workers, must leave immediately after 6 p.m. on Tuesday. A total of candidates are in the fray, with several national leaders visiting the State for electioneering.
