TCS Nashik case ‘mastermind’ Nida Khan's bail hearing likely today: What we know so far

Nida Khan, one of eight accused in a case of alleged sexual harassment and religious coercion at a Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) BPO in Nashik, has moved the Nashik Sessions Court for anticipatory bail. Khan, a 26-year-old telecaller at the facility, has been suspended along with the other seven accused. Her family denies allegations that she is absconding, stating she is expecting her first child and moved to Mumbai with her husband.
