Telangana HC stays BIFR order on IDPL land

The Telangana High Court has stayed a 2008 order of the BIFR that restrained the State from reacquiring 891 acres of land allotted to IDPL at Balanagar, Hyderabad. The Court held that the order violated principles of natural justice and noted that the land had already been resumed by the government in 2008.
