Telangana Tourism hosts traditional mango pickle-making workshop in Hyderabad

Telangana Tourism Development Corporation, in association with the Telangana Chefs Association, organised a mango pickle-making workshop in Hyderabad. Celebrity chef Sanjay Thumma demonstrated traditional methods, teaching participants spice blending and preservation techniques rooted in Telangana's culinary heritage. Participants learned the correct spice proportions, mixing techniques, hygiene practices, and storage methods required for preparing authentic mango pickle. The workshop aimed to preserve traditional pickling methods in Telangana households.
