Temperature below minimum normal in Delhi; strong winds forecast for next few days

Delhi is experiencing a temperature below its minimum normal, with Safdarjung recording a minimum of 24.8 degrees Celsius, 1.7 degrees below normal. Other stations, including Palam and the Ridge, also recorded below-normal minimum temperatures. IMD forecasts strong winds at 20-30 kmph, with occasional gusts at 40 kmph, for the next few days. The maximum temperature is expected to be around 40-42 degrees Celsius on Saturday, with a possibility of thundery development towards afternoon/evening on Sunday.
