Third Ukrainian strike hits Russian oil refinery and prompts evacuations

A major Russian oil refinery in Tuapse has been hit by Ukrainian drones for the third time this month, causing a massive fire and prompting evacuations of nearby residents. The strike has led to a big oil spill in the sea and residents are experiencing "black" rain and an oily residue. Firefighters are working to extinguish the blaze in extremely difficult conditions, with no casualties reported so far.
