Total value of election-related seizures in Villupuram district reach ₹89.48 lakh

Personnel of the Flying Squads and Static Surveillance Teams seized cash, liquor, drugs, and narcotic substances without valid documents at various places in Villupuram district. The seized items amount to ₹89,48,343. The seizures were made in seven Assembly constituencies. The Flying Squads and Static Surveillance Teams were constituted in each Assembly constituency after the Election Commission of India announced the date of the Assembly election for Tamil Nadu.
