‘Toxic work environment’: Raghav Chadha explains why he switched to BJP from AAP

Raghav Chadha, a Rajya Sabha member, defected from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) due to a "toxic work environment". He alleged that decision-making shifted into the hands of "corrupt and compromised" people, and members were not allowed to work properly or speak freely. Chadha considered three options before joining another party, stating that he was feeling like the right person in the wrong party.
