Trial over attack on Israeli defence firm resumes in Germany

Five pro-Palestinian activists are on trial at the Higher Regional Court for allegedly breaking into an Israeli defense contractor in Ulm, destroying inventory, and causing damage. The defendants are accused of criminal damage and trespass, as well as being members of a criminal organization due to their ties to Palestine Action Germany. The activists allegedly targeted a German subsidiary of Elbit Systems, a provider of military equipment for the Israeli military. The trial has been marked by chaos, with protests and disruptions outside and inside the court.
