TVK's Seenivasa Sethupathy ends DMK's 20-year dominance in Tiruppattur by just 1 vote

Seenivasa Sethupathy, a candidate from Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), secured a stunning victory from the Tiruppattur Assembly seat by a single vote, ending DMK's 20-year dominance in the constituency. Sethupathy secured 83,365 votes, edging past DMK's KR Periyakaruppan who polled 83,364 votes. Sethupathy attributed his success to TVK president and actor Vijay, expressing deep gratitude for his support.
