Two Kashmir brothers: One killed by rebels, another by army 26 years later

Armed rebels barged into the home of the Mughal family in Chunt Waliwar village, Ganderbal district of Indian-administered Kashmir, on a freezing night. The rebels killed 23-year-old Ishfaq, who worked for the Indian army, and took his body. Twenty-six years later, Ishfaq's younger brother Rashid, 32, was shot dead by the Indian army in a suspected rebel encounter
