Two repeat offenders arrested for mobile phone thefts in Hyderabad

Khairatabad Police Station police arrested two repeat offenders for stealing mobile phones from homes with open doors during summer nights. Recovered items include 22 stolen phones, and one of the accused has 29 prior criminal cases.
