UGC flags institutional failures in Dharamshala student suicide

A University Grants Commission fact-finding committee has flagged serious institutional failures at a government college in Himachal Pradesh's Dharamshala. The committee found the student was disowned by stakeholders and the college principal came to know about the incident through social media. The panel also found lack of student support systems and absence of statutory bodies at the college.
