Ukraine begins to flex muscle as an emerging air power, angering Russia

Ukraine has used its latest technology to launch strikes against Russian oil storage, ports and refineries, including a strategically important oil pumping and distribution facility in the city of Perm. The facility is a hub of Russia's main oil transportation system and preliminary information suggests that almost all oil storage tanks are on fire. Russia's Ministry of Defence has confirmed the strike and downed 98 Ukrainian UAVs across various regions.
