Ukraine hits key Russian oil-loading port and 2 'shadow fleet' tankers

Ukraine launched strikes against Russia's oil export infrastructure, hitting a key loading port on the Baltic Sea and two tankers. A nighttime drone strike sparked a blaze at Russia's largest oil exporting port, Primorsk, operated by Transneft. The port is capable of handling hundreds of thousands of barrels per day. Ukrainian forces also hit two Russian tankers near the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk, which Ukraine alleges were used to evade Western sanctions. Drone strikes in Ukraine's Odesa region killed two people and damaged residential buildings.
