Ukraine says missiles hit military plant deep inside Russia

Ukraine's military has carried out a missile attack deep inside Russia, hitting a major military plant in Cheboksary, Chuvash Republic. The plant, which supplies components for drones and missiles, was struck by FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles. Local officials report three people were injured in the attack. Ukraine also claims to have hit the Moscow-occupied port of Mariupol, a Russian oil refinery in Samara, and a "shadow fleet" oil tanker in the Black Sea.
