Ukraine strikes cargo ships and admits Romania drone blast as Putin prepares for key speech

Ukraine has confirmed striking five ships carrying illegal cargo in the Sea of Azov and coastal waters of Russian-occupied territories. The vessels were allegedly involved in stealing Ukrainian grain and transferring military cargo and fuel.
