Ukraine summons Israeli envoy in protest of Russian vessel's arrival in Haifa

Ukraine has summoned the Israeli ambassador to Kyiv in protest of a Russian vessel carrying stolen Ukrainian grain arriving in Haifa. Ukraine's Foreign Minister warns Israel against accepting the stolen grain, threatening a diplomatic and legal response if the vessel, Panormitis, is allowed to dock in Israel. Israel's Foreign Affairs Minister says allegations are not evidence and that the issue will be examined.
