Valmikis urge Centre to include quota increase in Ninth Schedule

The Karnataka Valmiki Samaj Samana Manaskara Vedike and the ST Valmiki Yuva Ghataka have urged the Union government to include the increase in quantum of reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and OBCs communities in the Ninth Schedule of the Constitution. If their demand is not fulfilled, they will launch a State-wide agitation against the Union government.
