‘We will worship there’: Hindu side lawyer on next move after Bhojshala declared a temple

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has declared the Bhojshala Temple-Kamal Maula Mosque complex in Dhar district a temple dedicated to Goddess Saraswati. The Hindu side plans to exercise its right to worship at the site, in accordance with Article 25 and Section 16 of the ASI Act 1958. The court has also directed the government to provide separate land to Muslims for the construction of a mosque. The Hindu side describes the verdict as historic, recognizing the complex as belonging to Raja Bhoj.
