Who gave Israel the coveted 12 points? Noam Bettan secures 2nd at Eurovision thanks to public vote

Israel secured second place at the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, Austria, with a final score of 343 points. The country received 220 points from the public televote, including the maximum 12 points from six separate countries. Israel also secured 12 points from Poland's grand jury and 10 points from Ukraine's jury. The grand jury awarded Israel a total of 123 points.
