Who is Kshudiram Tudu, the low-profile tribal leader from Jangalmahal in BJP's new cabinet

Kshudiram Tudu, a first-time MLA, has been sworn in as a West Bengal cabinet minister. He won the Ranibandh (ST) seat in Bankura district with a massive margin, defeating the Trinamool Congress candidate. Representing the Scheduled Tribe-reserved seat, Tudu's induction into the cabinet is seen as the BJP's attempt to consolidate its tribal outreach in the state. He is a graduate with declared assets worth around 23 lakh and has no registered criminal cases against him.
