12 killed, 20 injured as pick-up van overturns, crashes into SUV in Madhya Pradesh

Labourers were killed and injured in a road accident in Madhya Pradesh's Dhar district. A pick-up van carrying 35 labourers overturned and collided with an SUV near Chikliya crossing. Twelve people died on the spot and approximately 20 others were injured. The injured were taken to the district hospital and some were referred to Indore hospital for further treatment. A case has been registered and an investigation is underway.
