21 held for 'involvement' in violence during protest march in Manipur

Police in Manipur's Imphal West district have arrested 21 people for their alleged involvement in violence during a rally. Vehicles of security personnel were pelted with stones and petrol bombs were hurled, leaving three personnel injured.
