J&K: Dogs maul 8-year-old girl to death in Sopore

An eight-year-old girl was mauled to death by dogs in Sopore's Seloo village, 55km north of Srinagar. The girl was attacked in an apple orchard near her home while alone, suffering grievous wounds including bites on her face, neck, chest, abdomen, and thighs. This is the second such fatality in the area in less than a year, leaving the neighbourhood shaken.
