A 48-team World Cup is Panini sticker collectors’ biggest challenge yet

Panini's World Cup sticker collection features 980 unique stickers, including 68 special ones, in a 112-page album. Individual packets of seven stickers retail at 1.25 pounds, requiring 140 packets to fill the album, costing 175 pounds. However, statistically, more than 1,000 packets may be needed to acquire every player, costing around 1,000 pounds. The collection is available from Thursday, with a live swap shop and sticker giveaways planned in the UK.
