Ahead of Bengal phase-1 polls, CAPF chiefs hold joint meet

Directors General of CAPF forces, including CRPF, BSF, CISF, SSB, and ITBP, gathered in Kolkata for a high-level joint meeting to fine-tune security plans for the West Bengal Assembly elections. The meeting aimed to finalise a robust, technology-driven security architecture to ensure a free, fair, and transparent election where citizens can exercise their franchise without fear or intimidation.
