Air India: No pressure on AI-171 families for final settlement

Air India has clarified that there is no deadline or pressure on families of AI-171 crash victims to accept final compensation. The airline stated that passengers are free to wait for the final investigation report before signing any Receipt, Discharge and Indemnity document. Air India's statement comes after concerns were raised over settlement terms, with families questioning the need for "full and final" settlements before the investigation is complete. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau is independently conducting the probe.
