Anakapalli VRO arrested on charge of taking ₹1.5 lakh bribe for land mutation

A Village Revenue Officer in Anakapalli district has been arrested by officials of the Anti-Corruption Bureau on a charge of allegedly taking a bribe. The officer, who works at P. Bheemavaram village in Butchaiahpeta mandal, was caught while allegedly receiving the bribe. The incident occurred in the Anakapalli district.
