Asst collector first class competent authority under UP Revenue Code to declare farm-land transaction void: HC

The Allahabad High Court has ruled that the assistant collector is the competent authority under the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code to declare any transaction of agricultural land void if it contravenes sections 154 and 157A.
