‘Breach in command chain, we take responsibility’: Govt after NEET paper leak

The government has taken responsibility for a "breach in command" despite following recommendations of the Radhakrishnan committee. Union minister Dharmendra Pradhan vowed strong action against those responsible for the NEET-UG paper leak and said the decision to cancel the exam was taken in favour of meritorious students. The government has expressed regret over having to re-order the exam and assured that a thorough investigation will be conducted by the CBI to identify those involved in the leak.
