Case filed against Sandhya Constructions owner for Rs 14.85 crore land fraud

A case has been registered against the owner of Sandhya Constructions and his wife by the Cyberabad Economic Offences Wing for allegedly cheating a Delhi-based firm of Rs 14.85 crore in a land deal. The accused reportedly presented documents to support their claims and convinced the firm to pay a substantial advance, but failed to complete the transaction. Police are probing the transaction and examining claims of a name change of the accused firm.
