Death toll in Vizag Steel Plant accident rises to 9

The death toll from the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant ladle explosion has risen to nine after an injured contract worker died. A high-level probe has been announced by a Bokaro Steel Plant committee, and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan has announced compensation packages.
