Delimitation Bill aimed at 2029 poll advantage: Thomas Isaac

The Communist Party of India (Marxist) Central Committee member has accused the Bharatiya Janata Party of using the Delimitation Bill to gain an upper hand in future elections. The party is allegedly using the Election Commission to exclude communities not favoured by them from electoral rolls and the Delimitation Commission to redraw parliamentary seat boundaries to their liking. This is seen as an attempt to carry out fraud in elections.
