‘Demotivated’, say students after NEET-UG 2026 cancelled, ask for accountability

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has cancelled the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) NEET (UG) 2026 examination due to a paper leak controversy. The decision was taken in the interest of maintaining transparency and preserving trust in the national examination system. The examination will be re-conducted on dates to be notified separately, leaving lakhs of aspirants frustrated and demotivated.
