Ghose Commission findings ‘shall be inoperative’, no action against KCR, others: HC

The Telangana High Court has ruled that the report of the Justice P.C. Ghose Commission shall be inoperative. The court's verdict was pronounced in a batch of writ petitions seeking to set aside the Commission's report and questioning its constitution. As a result, no action can be taken against former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and three others based on the report.
