Government prioritising quality power supply, says Minister

The government has taken steps to ensure quality power supply with a focus on addressing low-voltage issues using advanced technologies. A new 33/11 kV semi-indoor substation is being built at Bachupet in Machilipatnam, which will have underground cables and reduce the load on existing substations, thereby eliminating low-voltage problems and technical failures.
