HC reserves Bhojshala case order; Muslim side questions ASI stand

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has reserved its order in the Bhojshala case, debating the religious status of the disputed Bhojshala Temple-Kamal Maula Mosque complex in Dhar. The court heard arguments from all parties over 36 days, including Hindu, Muslim, and Jain litigants, who claimed the complex was originally a temple, a mosque, or a Jain temple respectively. The Archaeological Survey of India report suggests the monument was built using remains of earlier temples and the existing mosque structure came up centuries later.
