IMD forecasts rainfall, thunderstorms in parts of K’taka from April 28: Officials

Hot, dry weather in Bengaluru is expected to give way to scattered rain later this week. Officials with the India Meteorological Department forecast rainfall and thunderstorms in parts of Karnataka from April 28. Clear to partly cloudy skies will persist until April 27, with temperatures ranging from 35°C to 37°C. Isolated areas are likely to receive light to moderate rain from April 28 to May 1, with winds reaching 40 to 50 kmph.
