India to issue tourist visas for Chinese nationals

India has updated rules for Chinese tourists, Buddhist pilgrims, and diplomats. Revised modalities for granting regular tourist visas to Chinese nationals have been issued, easing visa conditions for pilgrims and family members of Chinese diplomats. Direct flights and the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra have resumed, while restrictions on satellite phones remain in place for foreign nationals on tourist visas.
