India’s first Multi-Lane Free Flow barrier-less tolling system launched in Gujarat

India's first multi-lane free flow (MLFF) tolling system has been launched at the Choryasi toll plaza on National Highway-48 in Gujarat. The system uses automatic number plate recognition cameras and an AI-based system to detect vehicle numbers and check them with the VAHAN database. It aims to reduce travel time, ease congestion, and improve fuel efficiency, while also enhancing 'Ease of Living' and 'Ease of Doing Business' for citizens and businesses.
